Default country cannot change, cannot photo upload to listing, and no publish

  • I install placester plugin with wordpress.
    I cannot chnage default country, it always back to us.
    When i try upload photo to listing, then come error. upload failed, pls upload photo smaller than 1MB, and jpg.. My photo is smaller than 1MB, and it is jpg. The upload directory i find the photo.
    And when i click to publish, it isnt stored.
