default category and status ignored

    Hi
    I’ve set up postie as per the Usage page and it successfully makes posts from the emails sent to the given address.

    I have given it a Default Category, and set the Default Post Status to Publish, but when it creates the post (when the email has no specified category) it gets made as ‘uncategorised’. As well, the post status is set as Draft.

    I note that it does add the category if it is in square brackets in the email.

    Is there something I’m missing about the setup, in order for it to use the Defaults?
