Default Categories Not Added to the Link Notes

Using the newest version of plugin (2014/0805). My default settings for Tags/Categories are to add a category called “Syndicated” (id 95) and a child category “Blogs” (ID 96). These should get added to the notes field as

cats: {category#95}\n{category#96}

but they do not. There is no line at all with the categories

When I manually add another category specific to the feed (ID #98), the notes field reads

cats: {category#98}\n{category#98}

which again is wrong. It should read

cats: {category#95}\n{category#96}\n{category#98}

Fortunately my script runs its own feed registration script that correctly writes the categories to the notes field; FWP is not doing it correctly
