default avatar trying to load from old domain

I had a test version of my site on one domain and now that the site is live on its proper domain, as it has been for a few months, now for some reason the plugin is trying to load wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/assets/img/default_avatar.jpg from the old domain…..

I updated the plugins last night and also now the login form will not load, the original or a custom made one…

please help!
