    Auto-assignment is enabled automatically and can’t be disabled actually. It is a very simple logic: the agent with the least tickets is set as the assigned staff for a new ticket.

    We will have a more advanced assignment add-on coming in the future with custom rules. It will allow for a lot of flexibility.

    thanks i tryed but the ‘notification’ is always sent to the ‘admin’ ( the one selected in the preferences )
