Default account created e-mail

    Hello!
    I need that the default woocommerce email being sent to the new users.
    After submit a new registration form through Forminator, the e-mail sent is the activation one from Forminator. If I disable the option to do not send an activation e-mail, I don’t get any e-mail. By the way, I’ve disabled the form e-mail notifications too, and no success.

    The actvation e-mail send by Forminator is this one: /wp-content/plugins/forminator/library/modules/custom-forms/front/front-user-registration.php

    But I need my default one: /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/emails/class-wc-email.php

    How can I proceed?

    I hope you are doing well.

    I am afraid we don’t have any direct integration with Woocommerce for this, but can you share a screenshot of the email you are referring to? I tested Woo /my-account page and created a new user but it doesn’t require the email confirmation, or are you referring to the default Welcome email?

    Hi Patrick!
    I’m reffering to the default welcome email.
    When an account is created by the default woocommerce form, the welcome e-mail is sent, but through the forminator, it only possible to receive an activation email, and the welcome one from woocommerce is not sent.

    I created an welcome e-mail with html through the forminator email notifications. I didn’t know that was possible to use html, so this is a good alternative to the woocommerce default welcome e-mail.
