Default access for Shop Manager role

I have a number of shop managers, who require access to mailpoet, however as default, this role cannot access the plugin in WP admin.

As mailpoet is heavily integrated with Woocomerce would it not make sense to grant the shop manager role default access?

I am fully aware that that this can easily be achieved using an additional roles and capabilities plugin, however I feel this is unnecessary bloat to grant access to 1 plugin for a single user role.

Perhaps an option in the mailpoet setting could be added so site admins can decide which user roles can access the plugin?
