Deep linking seamless website?

    I ran into this website that when you click on a nav link it doesn’t refresh the page to load the new content and it makes seamless and elegant. I was wondering if WordPress is capable of performing this or if there’s a plugin that can handle this. If anyone can point me in the right direction will much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the response and I’m aware of infinite scroll but the functionality I’m looking for is more transitioning/animation to the next page without reloading a new page, no scrolling necessary.

    If you click on the link I provided and click on awards or social at the top nav and you’ll see what I mean. Thanks again.
