    Please be advised that popups don’t have URLs. That is why you can’t “link” to a popup as they are not a public content type that gets a URL.

    ?That said, you can get close with our?Advanced Targeting Conditions.

    Specifically, you can make a URL of?example.com/?show_popup=2. Then in your popup add a Time Delay trigger and a targeting rule of?Query Arg Is,?setting?the query arg to show_popup and the value to 2.
