Deep Link to Video

Hi All,
I’m still having trouble figuring out the exact syntax that will alow me to generate a direct link to a specific video or image in my gallery. I found a note in one of the changelogs in GitHub that said the ‘deep linking’ feature wasn’t ready yet, but the document was a few years old, so I am hoping this has been resolved. I found some info that directed me to enable titles to appear as links, but could not find this option in the WordPress plugin version, nor did the syntax seem to work on my example page that uses the JQuery plugin on its own:

tile_enable_action: true,
tile_as_link: true,
tile_link_newpage: true,

I know I am close, but I can’t seem to make it work in either example. Any guidance appreciated!
