Dedicated URLs for Food Items for Deep Linking

    I have a feature request: can we have dedicated urls for individual food items with the full description and cart available, so they can be deep linked to?

    I don’t think this should be a custom feature. I seem to remember Restropress had food item urls in the past.

    I think it would be nice to be able to click on an item in the menu and be able able to see the whole description, image and add to cart option on a dedicated product page. That way it could be linked to a digital ad.

    Hello @rosstberlin,

    We had the URL but it’s been disabled on the latest version of the plugin.

    Currently, we haven’t done any integration on the food item single page that’s why it’s disabled. If you really need it then we can share some code to enable this but a single page won’t display the addons of the food item.

    Many thanks for the reply. Could it link directly to add to cart with a specific target food item?

    The only problem would be no pick up / delivery time would have been selected at this point in the flow.
