Decrease width of page or main wrapper

  • Hi there, I’ve got more or less the site I want – https://pennettahouse.com/wordpress/?page_id=8 – but I’m looking for a surefire method to decrease the width of the #main wrapper or alternatively, the individual pages, to bring the text in line with the rest of the page contents.

    I’m using the “Make” theme, but I’m a little worried about editing as I’ve had Internal Server Errors in the past. Can I achieve this through adding CSS in jetpack?
