Decrease the icon size

Look like there is zero support here

Unfortunately there’s currently no way to change the icon size. If you haven’t already tried, it might help to change the bottom spacing and the left/right justification of the icon in the settings->”Edit Chat Plugin” Button and under the “Customize your Chat Plugin” category.

I didn’t see any left/right justification, there is only margin form the bottom.
Why I need to be connected to the Facebook? I building it for client and don’t want to be connected to their page just for setting the plugin.
Please update it so it will be better.
Also the closing is not working

The account is needed to have conversations, as messages are directed to the inbox of the account connected. There’s no way around this currently, but thank you for mentioning the prototyping use case; this sort of feedback is useful for creating new features.

Speaking of the close button not working, it may be that this issue is resolved now as there was a fix released yesterday for a bug that may have been what you were encountering. If not, a bug repot is always appreciated.

The bug of the chat not closing is in the desktop, I checked the mobile and it seems to work

It is very unfortunate it is not possible to change the icon size. It’s obviously too large for mobile devices.
