Deconfigured theme

Hello, I am currently working with version 3.8.1 and wordpress theme:
Apex Responsive Portfolio WordPress Theme, when I install the plugin, Version 2.6.0 (I think it is the latest version) the subject is dropped, the footer is placed on the right, the left sidebar. Can you tell me what may be happening? Thank you very much.
