• Hello,
I am using WordPress 4.1.2. From yesterday (26-Jan-2016) in my Godaddy Website and Domain page it says “Decoding failed: Syntax error” exactly right side of WordPress logo with Small Red Alert Round Button (Example). And my site gives 500 error every frequent time. (Server: Window IIS-8, Plesk 12.0.18). I updated the wordpress to recent version and my theme got crash. So i again rolled back to the same version of WordPress. My website sometimes shows error for Even Hours.Website: https://www.donzoy.com .
    Thanks
    Yomann

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

Thanks Esmi for lightning fast reply actually i Didn’t record the time yesterday. But Today i recorded the time from beginning when it shows 500 error. Is it possible to see today’s error log? And what about the Error that is displayed in my account. Syntex Error

Is it possible to see today’s error log?

Your server’s error logs are controlled by your hosts – not WordPress. So there’s no way we can determine how those logs are compiled or stored. You need to contact your hosts and ask for help accessing these logs.

And what about the Error that is displayed in my account. Syntex Error

That’s a very generic error, so it’s not possible to determine – from the message- what has gone wrong. I suspect it’s a server issue rather than a WordPress one.

Thank you for the Info. Generally i get my logs updated every following/other day.
