I noticed today after updating plugins etc to my website that the mobile wheel is not functioning. I have checked plugins and reinstalled the theme. The plugin has been identified as causing an error message stating “Cannot decode raw data,” and also causing the theme wheel to not function properly when the site does load correctly.

I have disabled the plugin for now to avoid the decoding issue.

    Hello @prcapitalgroup,

We need to know the steps to replicate it.

Would you please provide us with some screenshots and images of the errors you faced step by step?

I would then forward it to the developer team to fix the issues in the upcoming updates. There is nothing to be worried about, we will fix the issues, I also appreciate you for reporting the issues. Please provide us with more details, a screenshot, or any documentation so we can find the issue.

Note 1: Regarding this log: Log: Initializing Tribe Events, it seems it is not MEC message, so please make sure to use Modern Events Calendar plugin (lite/pro).

Note 2: For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

    Please keep us informed,

    Best Regards

    Hello,

This message is regarding the Events Calendar plugin. But I had the same issue with Modern Tribe plugin so I figured you would want to be notified. I don’t want to add modern tribe back at the moment to avoid any issue with my website. If the issue is fixed with modern tribe, I am likely to switch event plugins.

In regards to your second note, I have done those recommendations. That’s how I was partially able to get things working where I have it now. I was able to determine with my host that I needed to avoid some plugins at the moment to avoid causing directory issues.
