• All declined cards are showing the error, An unknown error occurred. Response from payment gateway was empty. In NMI under transaction reports the charge appears to be working but when a card is declined its giving that message. I tried with the detailed decline option checked and unchecked and still shows the same error. Please help.

  • we are having the same issue. The plugin works perfectly except for the lack of detailed errors to the customer. The errors for admin are detailed but for some reason the end-user does not get detailed errors.
