Decimals shown even if set to 0

    Dear devs,

    My version is 1.15.11
    I noticed that in a number field if I set the parameter round to to 0 I still see the .00 in the email. The separator I used is 12345.00
    Hence, when the notification email arrives, I see the .00 after the user input number. How to remove those .00?

    Example:
    Field YEAR, insert a year. The user types 2018
    When I read the notification mail, with the variable {all_non_empty_fields}. The output contains, among other fields, this: Year: 2018.00
