Decimals in slider

The form for submitting a ticket doesn’t work well. I can’t put screenshots in and it won’t let me submit a ticket without screenshots.

The bug is clear. If a ticket needs to be submitted, perhaps you can create the ticket. I have given you enough information.

If this can’t be fixed I will look for another plugin.

@designful your tech support and contact us forms are down. I am trying to submit a ticket on an item I have but cannot submit it. I have completed all the required fields.

What OS, browser and browser extensions are you using? We will try and replicate this issue.

For what it’s worth, I refreshed my test page with the cost calculator and nothing has changed. And why would it if the plugin hasn’t been updated and I haven’t updated the plugin on my site?

-> Are you using the free version or the premium version. I just pushed an update to the free version a minute ago, please try that one.

I reintstalled the plugin with the new version and the issue has been resolved. Thank you for the quick turnaround on this.

Sorry, I can’t write a review at this point since I haven’t yet set up and used your plugin successfully.

My misunderstanding, I saw it live on your site and thought you were already using it. Others have reviewed it based on their experience setting it up, interacting with support and feelings about the plugin’s look and functionality.
