Decimal Quantity Problem – PayPal Express Checkout Error.

  • Express Checkout Error ..PayPal error(11812) and PayPal error(10413)
    It happens only when quantity decimals are used. For example: quantity 0.5, 1.5, etc
    We sell textiles. Min Order is 0.5 metre.

    I′ve the same problem since 2 weeks. If I have in the cart decimal quantities f.e. 1,50, Paypal recibe only 1 unit so people pay 1 unit.

    Same problem for 2 months now. If buyer orders 5.5 units, paypal charges for 5 units only. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    I have the same problem. No possibility to pass halfs to PayPal. Anyone can help?

    I am experiencing a similar issue which might be the reason of yours. When entering a decimal quantity in single product (e.g. 22,2), in the cart the quantity appears as integer (22) and this is the number used in the calculation of total value (22,2 x 1$ = 22$ instead of 22,2$)

    Does anybody have an answer on that issue?
