    Hi @ronanpvgen92 ,

If you would like to allow decimal price to be inputted, you will need to at least configure a decimal step for the price input: https://prnt.sc/-EQ16RR9xko7.

If you want to allow all decimal prices, please enter “0.1” for the step. If you want to allow 2 decimal numbers, please enter “0.01” as the step.

    Best regards.

    Hi @janilyn409

Thanks for the quick reply. As per my screenshot, I had already done that.

Also tried with no starting zero, so just “.01” but that isn’t working either.

    Please see following link: https://pvgeneration.ie/product/make-a-payment/

    Thanks,

    Hi @ronanpvgen92 ,

I checked your product. The step was empty, which changed the step to 1 by default and made your product refuse any decimal price entered while rounding down to the nearest integer. When I entered any integer, the price stayed. That means the decimal price is not activated or enabled on your site.

Please check the settings again and make sure the decimal step is configured properly.

    Best regards.

    Hi @janilyn409 ,

As per my previous screenshots, everything is configured exactly as you have told me to do so. Please view my screenshots at the link below and tell me what needs changed.

    Hi @ronanpvgen92 ,

When I inspected your product, I found out that the decimal step was not saved/enabled: https://app.screencast.com/YNj4z77vhUblD. So the default step will be applied: 1.

There must be a reason for the decimal step to not be saved:

    • Please check if you have any other pricing/discount plugins that could affect the product price activated. That might interfere with our plugin. You can try to deactivate them before checking again.
    • Though the separator is set to “.”, you might want to enter “,” in the step box as in my image: https://prnt.sc/-EQ16RR9xko7. Our developers said that the separator in the front end shop is different from the backend codes. The “,” is actually the decimal separator that can take effect in WooCommerce. You can try that out.

Apart from these, I could not give any advice on how to fix this.

    Best regards.

    Hi @janilyn409 ,

I have ran through the usual process to test for conflicts via disabling all other plugins and clearing cache, and the issue still exists.

Your plugin does not allow me to use a comma instead of a fullstop for the separator.

Your plugin was working perfectly up until just over a week ago.

I have changed to a different plugin for now for entering custom prices.

    Thanks,
