Decent plugin, poor support

  • Potentially a good plugin, but the support is non-existent so if you run into trouble (which you will do), you are on your own. Skip this one.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we do not support free version currently. And we have disclaimer about this on FAQ from the first day of release on www.remarpro.com saying:
    Plugin is distributed “as is” and doesn’t contain support services.

    If you’re looking for premium and fast support I can suggest you to switch to the Pro version. We would love to help you. I am sorry about your bad experience with our plugin.
