FluentCRM has some alright Email Automation and functionality for a launch product. If you’re a start up who hasn’t really dialed in their Sales Process yet, then it’s most likely perfect for you.

However, if you’re business is more mature and a big part of your sales process is converting Leads into Prospects and closing Prospects over the phone for some high ticket product or sevice… then, this CRM isn’t quite ready for that.

    Here’s why:

    – There’s no integrations with top WP appointment booking software like AmeliaWP.

    – There’s no Kanban panels to track the Leads going through your Sales Process.

    – There’s little Site Tracking & Event Tracking overall. (i.e. Did the User click this button? Did the user land on this page? Did the User book an appointment? Did the user watch this video? Did the user watch this video for this long? Did the user stay on this page for x amount of time?

Additionally, the if/else functionality is weak when building a Campaign.

Overall, FluentCRM has amazing potential… but, that potential has not been realized yet.

I would sugguest that FluentCRM takes a long hard look at more established CRMs like ActiveCampign & Hubspot and take some of their best features and implement it inside their own CRM.

Additionally, I would sugguest that FluentCRM works on deeper integrations between the best WordPress plugins available for a selected feature set.

So, for example… elementor, ameliaWP, affiliatewp & it’s extensions, buddyboss, givewp, tutorlms, etc. etc.

With that being said, I’m excited to see where the plugin goes.

But… it desperately needs some further development.

Also, I forgot to mention… that it also needs integrations with Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc.

Being able to push people into Custom Audiences / Remarketing Lists based on Tags etc. inside your CRM in invaluable.

So, once again… take some notes on the more established CRMs!
