Deceiving and dishonest

  • Well, I bought a “lifetime license” for several websites… it started to have problems and contacted support.
    Their answer is that I have an old version and need to buy a new license for the new one.. so the”lifetime” license is just a joke, pure bullshit.
    Of course, in the plugin website, they just say about upgrades : “How do I get future updates?
    All updates will be handled from your WordPress admin in the same way as normal WordPress plugins. This means no hassle for you!”

    This is directly deceiving to your customers, so one star, and would give negative ones if it was possible.
