Debugging WordPress

Hi all, I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix my site for a few months but I’m stuck. It’s hosted on Bluehost.

When I log-in I get the message: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. I never receive an email with instructions.

I’m not able to access my dashboard through logging in on wordpress nor through Bluehost. Before, when you’d visit my site, it would show a a white page with an error notice but through the Bluehost dashboard, I was able to at least turn off all of the plugins which now lets people at see a 404 error page along with a site map. When you click the links on the site map, nothing loads.

I’m not sure what to do and haven’t been able to find a solution on the forum that works for me. If anyone has any suggestions on where to look or how to fix, I would great appreciate it. Thank you!
