Go to your core theme directory >> inc folder >> welcome-screen folder >>

welcome-screen.php file.

Now open “welcome-screen.php” file into any text editor.

Now copy the code from “welcome-screen.txt” file and paste into

“welcome-screen.php” file of your theme directory.

Save the changes.
