    file name : responsive-tooltip.php
    folder : <root_directory>/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/responsive-mobile-friendly-tooltip

    search for : “$o_version = get_option(RMFtooltip_version); //Gets old version”

    replace with: “$o_version = get_option(‘RMFtooltip_version’); //Gets old version”

    this solves one of the problems with RMFtooltip_version
