debug issue & feature request

    Hey!

    with wp_debug turned on, when I save the settings I get the following errors:

    Notice: Undefined index: mc_header_border_width in /var/sites/g/garethgillman.co.uk/public_html/pdf/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp/mailchimp.php on line 655

    Notice: Undefined index: mc_header_border_color in /var/sites/g/garethgillman.co.uk/public_html/pdf/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp/mailchimp.php on line 656

    Notice: Undefined index: mc_header_background in /var/sites/g/garethgillman.co.uk/public_html/pdf/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp/mailchimp.php on line 657

    Notice: Undefined index: mc_header_text_color in /var/sites/g/garethgillman.co.uk/public_html/pdf/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp/mailchimp.php on line 658

    I use this plugin for a lot of my clients and one thing that frustrates me that there is no value or placeholder text for the inputs, this would be a helpful addition for the UX of the site.
