Debug isn't showing Woocommerce Errors

I’m having the “Error processing checkout” issue at the moment, and I’ve enabled debugging for the site, but though I can get the error to reproduce every time, nothing’s showing up in the debug.log. Is there something special I should be doing to see Woocommerce errors?
