Something went wrong with the backup file transfer. Please try the following:
Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”.
In case you still encounter an error during the backup upload, please check the backup file on your local machine: inspect the content of the backup ZIP file, see if the manifest json file is visible inside. If it is not, the backup file is broken. In that case, double check that file downloads properly, without time-outs, and that it matches the size on the website where it was created.
If by any chance you encounter an error during the Restoration process, please share the debug log in your reply.
