    Hey,

    I’m having some trouble with the contact form I have on the contact section of one of my client websites. The form doesn’t seem to allow for the user to click on the recipient dropdown, the form doesn’t even allow for the user to see the recipients.

    Now if I go into the caldera form plugin in the backend of the website and I preview the form then the issues are gone, I’m able to view the recipient dropdown options.

    If you’re able to help me find a solution to this issue that would be greatly appreciated,

  • Hi,

    I’m not from Caldera, but possible there is a conflict with your theme (because it works good in the preview). To be sure you can switch to one of the standard themes of WP and see if it works. If it works you are sure it is a conflict with the theme.

    Once the problem is located, it is probably easy to solve.
