I’ve received the verification ticks on all 3 records in the Brevo domain verification screen, after adding these txt records to the domain host. This is the first time I’ve had an issue after using this smtp provider on many other sites. I’ve deleted everything and recreated, still same issue. I’m using a staging site which is a subdomain of the main domain, so this shouldn’t pose an issue (I even created a separate set of 3 records under the staging domain and loaded these (exactly the same txt records as the previous one. I am definitely using API, and not SMTP key (I checked!!). I’m at a loss! any thoughts welcome

    Hi @yvonnevanleeuwen,

Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble!

When you get a chance, please log into your Brevo account and try whitelisting your sites IPs (the IP address of the site where it’s hosted) and see if that resolves your issue.

    • To find your site IP(s), please use this tool and enter your domain name.
    • Then, go to Brevo security settings section (see link).
    • Add your site’s IP(s) to the “Authorize new IP address” section (see).

Once you complete the above steps, try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) from your WordPress site. Please note, that the changes may not take effect immediately. Sometimes, you may have to wait an hour or so for them to be reflected.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
