    Good afternoon!

    I have tried to make a clone of my website. And the minute I started, when they were cloning the databases, I already got an error: Fatal Error 500 – Internal server error while processing the request! Please try the WP STAGING Small Server Settings or submit an error report and contact us I’ve been looking at the plugin settings options with different tests: https://wp-staging.com/docs/wp-staging-settings-for-small-servers/ But I got this error.

    I have forced the error and contacted the hosting provider, I have forced the error, but they say that they cannot find any error from the server.

    What is the problem?

    Hi @javier1979

    Please follow this guide to enable WP_DEBUG mode on your site:
    https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/

    Then try creating a staging site again, and when you get the same error, check (/wp-content/debug.log) file for the error message or forward it to us via this form and we will help you further from there.

    Also, I found these two values in the systme information file you sent us:

    WP_MEMORY_LIMIT: 512M
    PHP memory_limit: 192M

    These two values are contraindicated, they can’t be set like that, the WordPress memory limit must be lower than the PHP memory limit set on the server; please report this issue to your hosting provider.
