    Hi?@ogorod ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Your debug code, tells me that the backup was cancelled by Apache Web Server.
It was most likely caused by KeepAliveTimeout directive in Apache configuration.

We have alternate backup method, that can bypass this limitation.
Simply, follow below steps, there are also other things you can improve.

Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

Once you do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @ogorod

Your server IP address has very low reputation and is marked as abusive in multiple bot list sources.

Because of this our firewall rejected your request at TasteWP side.

Keep in mind that you can’t create staging sites on TasteWP with backups larger than 1 GBs, for that you need to visit recipe modules at https://tastewp.com and upload the backup manually or via backup URL.
    https://tastewp.com/dashboard/recipes

I decided to whitelist IP address of your server which should allow you to use the module within our plugin on your website for backups smaller than 1 GBs.

Regarding “Purchase code”, simply install premium plugin extension and activate both plugins, base version and the one you received after purchase. It will instantly prompt you with window where you can enter license key (in our plugin configuration).

If you have any further question related to our premium plugin, please contact us directly via e-mail [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ]

This forum is only for the free version of the plugin ??
    Thank you!
