    Hello,

    I’m experiencing problems with PayPal checkout using Credit / debit cards. Paying with Paypal is working fine, but when customer wants to buy specific product with Credit / debit card it gets an error message: “Sorry, something went wrong. We’ll take you back to checkout so you can try again.”

    How to solve it? It’s so hard because people are leaving my webshop and I’m running ads obviously for no reason.

    Hi there @microjingles!

    when customer wants to buy specific product with Credit / debit card it gets an error message: “Sorry, something went wrong. We’ll take you back to checkout so you can try again.”

    What you describe has been reported by some other users in this bug report at PayPal:

    I do suggest that you report your case there and get further help from PayPal team directly.
