    Hi,

    Which browser and device is it? We tested in Chrome – Windows 11, Android . It’s loading properly.

    Also, please try in incognito(private) mode.

    In Chrome, sometime working perfect most of the time stuck. right now working but this is not a solution

    Hi,

    The issue is triggered when there is a cache issue with Chrome and nginx server. If possible serve your PDFs using Apache. or disable partial loading by simply enabling compression on your pdfs.
