Dealing with multiple free shipping

    If there are two zones with different free shipping rates the plugin can only work with 1 zone, it also breaks the free rate calculations with the other zone.

    Indeed it does not work for different zone calculations.

    This is a rater old plugin, when shipping zones did not exist and when adapted to include zones it only took into account one rule for any ‘Free Shipping’ instances (e.g. zones)

    You are the first requiring this particular configuration and I am not sure if it is possible without a big rewrite of the plugin.
