dealer discount getting applied to the actual price where products ar eon sale

    Hello, i am using wholesaleX the issue i am encountering is that it works fine on normal product but if i have a product on sale with actual price 372 usd and on sale price of 299 usd and i apply flat discount for my b2b user then the discount is applied on 372 usd price instead of the sale price of 299 usd for some reason.

    how can i fix it so when a product is already on sale then the dealer discount is applied on the sale price of the product instead of the actual price.

    Thank you for reaching us. When you are using our discounted price, it will calculate the price from the actual price.

    Can you provide me an example why do you need to show discounted price on top of sale price?

    Hi,

    You can create a specific role for all of your dealers. Let’s say the role will be “VIP”. Now go to that single product > You can set the base price & sale price for your B2B role differently from there. See this image: Image

    Another method is, first set the base price from your VIP role from single product. After that go to Dynamic rules > Rule type > Product discount. That way the discount will be applied on top of the base price you selected for that user role.
