Deal Image

Hi,I cannot seem to update the default Deal Image on the Single Deal.
I Upload the Image and on wordpress it shows the new image but when i view it on the web, it only shows the default grey – NO Image.
Any help would be appreciated. BTW it is a Great Plugin. Thanks
