Deal Community, 3rd party deal posting

Hi!

I have a bbPress forum where members post deals and offers from shopping websites on the web.

I want to have something like – https://goo.gl/4jfb where I as an admin and mods can select some forum topics everyday to showcase them on the front page of the website. I don’t mind doing each manually.
