    Hello,

    I notice big slowdowns on my wordpress site. After going into the logs I see this message in a loop every 10 seconds :
    Erreur de la base de données WordPress : Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction pour la requête UPDATE mod123_actionscheduler_actions SET attempts = attempts+1, status=’in-progress’, last_attempt_gmt = ‘2022-09-19 12:13:57’, last_attempt_local = ‘2022-09-19 14:13:57’ WHERE action_id = 670035 faite par do_action_ref_array(‘action_scheduler_run_queue’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, ActionScheduler_QueueRunner->run, ActionScheduler_QueueRunner->do_batch, ActionScheduler_Abstract_QueueRunner->process_action, ActionScheduler_DBStore->log_execution

    I have tried to disable all my plugins and I only have this error with WooCommerce.

    It seems that this is a known bug with woocommerce that should have been handled in an update.
    Do you have any idea how to fix this error please?

    Thank you for your help

  • Hi @djimmyl

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that your site is slowing down due to the error above.

    This error is likely caused by either a security plugin or a caching plugin.

    Can you please try to disable them all and purge all your cache, to see if it helps?

    You may need to reach out to your hosting company to purge/disable those Drop-in plugins related to cache. You can also check with them if you have the correct permissions set on your WordPress folders.

    I’d also recommend using a plugin like WP Crontrol to double-check your cron jobs:

    Let us know how it goes!
