Dead plugin

  • I have this plugin installed, attempted all permissions to update and when nothing worked tried to remove firstly from WordPress Admin panel, when this failed tried FTP delete but permissions denied this. Changed permissions to 777 and tried again but could not remove at all, any ideas what I should do?
