Dead links

  • Hi
    Can anyone please send advice and/or help with regards to dead links. We have a website problem with our Blog page, when we click through to the page it unfortunately goes to a dead link

    We have had a blog page for over a 18 months now and the dead link issue started when we updated our website, we have re-built the pages and after uploading we lost the WordPress blog page link.

    I am very new to WordPress and have inherited this problem so i am not sure if this is the correct way to find out about trouble shooting and problem solving, if I am in the wrong place can someone please advise and point me in the right direction

  • Just a thought: WP is not installed in the /blog folder.

    Well, the website works, but the blog link gives a 404. There do not seem to be any WP files in the blog folder, so the question is, is WP actually installed in that folder or is it installed in another folder and is it just the link on the main website that is wrong?
