Deactive question in particular category

    Is it possible to ask questions in a particular category to be deactivated?

    In order to be activated later by some users with special permissions?

    I give an example:

    I have the “Question for the doctor” category. A user writes a question in this category. Her question is deactived and must be activated by a user who has permission
