deactivation not possible

Hi,

I am running this plugin on different subsites (and the paid version on one site as well), so far so great!

But when trying to deactivate the plugin, I am getting an error like “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”, and plugin remains active. This error is the case on all my installations, and only with this plugin.

As for development reasons a temporarly deactivation is necessary, this is a bit crucial.

I also opened a ticket to the theme author, because it could be that the issue is with theme, as the error log is like this:
