Deactivating “xxx has joined the chat and What should I call you?

    Is it possible on the free version to deactivate

    1. ChatBot Name has joined the conversation
    2. May I know your name?
    3. I am
    4. Nice to meet you

    Basically I want to show FAQ menu items – onload, is this possible?

    Currently, this customization is possible with the Pro versions only. However, we will try to bring this feature to the free version too. Many thanks for your feedback!

    Thank you for the prompt response. I want to make sure, are you saying that if I get the Pro version, then I can be able to directly load FAQ questions.

    In simple terms, will I be able to customise the chatbot to look exactly like this. With the starter version?

    The Interface and flow will not be exactly like your screenshot.

    But the Pro version all licenses (including the Starter) has the option to Skip greetings(asking for name, email etc.) and directly load an Intent like the FAQ or a Conversational form.
