Deactivating TML deleted paes

I’ve used TML for awhile and it was working fine. I deactivated the plugin so that I could use the standard WP login, however, we may switch back to the TML at some point in the future. After deactivating, I deleted the plugin using the WP plug-in page. When I did this, it deleted my login page, my logout page, my reset pw page, my front page, my home page and my user profile page which was the landing page for those logging. Can you please tell me why deactivating and deleting your plugin deleted these other pages?
