deactivating plugin on a specific page doesn’t work

1. One of the plugin is turned on at every POST
2. On one particular post I choose: “NOT USE”. but after refreshing page this setting is cleared, and plugin is loaded.

opposite situation: activating plugin on a specific page works fine.
