Deactivates randomly

    Hi this plugin deactivates randomly so not running. Is there anyway to find out why as this doesn’t happen to other plugins. I have Jetpack auto update plugins on but hasn’t been a update to the plugin in a couple of months but should reactivate after update anyway.

    Thank you for creating a lite version but havn’t been able to get one recovered order at this stage to see if pro might be worth it.

    Hi @biostim,

    This is strange and not a known issue. Many of our clients are using it with Jetpack but no one has reported such an issue to us.

    Can you please check if there is any error coming from our plugin in your debug log file? If yes then please share the error message with us so that we will check and resolve it.

    If there is no error in the debug log file then kindly create a support ticket here regarding this issue. We will communicate about this issue there.
