Deactivated wp-knowledgebase plugin, but the site is blank

I was trying to debug my current site and I deactive all my plugins including wp-knowledgebase. The wp-knowledgebase plugin was the last to be deactivated. When I disabled wp-knowledgebase, my site was only displaying blank page. When I activate the plugin again, the site came up as normal.
Do you know what might have caused the site to show a blank page when the wp-knowledgebase is deactivated?
